Does anyone if there is any way to drop subscribers from one performance in their package? I know Seat Cancellation can drop subscribers from unpaid packages but doesn't seem like it can be used for a single performance. We have canceled one performance in the 20/21 season but unfortunately this came after the rollover was performed. I am trying to avoid having to re-do another rollover. If anyone knows of another way, I would appreciate it. Thank you!

In package setup/performance groups you can set the minimum number of performances in that group of performances. If for example you have 7 performance in a group, if you set the minimum to 6, you can drop a performance from the package in order entry.
Performances can only be dropped from the line items tab, make sure you check the “show package details” at the bottom to see the list of performances in the package.
Also, this only works of the order has not been printed. If it has been printed then you’ll need to retrun the ticket as if refunding it.
