Does anyone know if you can increase the character amount of the Notes filed on the Order Details tab?
If not, is there another way of attaching a note to an order?
I know we can use the notes field on the Research tab or CSIs, but these are specific to the constituent rather than the order.
Hi Don - I don't believe there is. What we've done in the past is to do a quick note on the order details tab and then reference a research note for further information. We do this in both places, at the beginning of the note.
There's 255 characters in the NOTES field and another 255 characters per CUSTOM field.Depending on what you are using it for the notes field in BOOKINGS > RESOURCE is 8000 characters and CONFIRMATION is the same

Heath, we don't currently use the resource scheduling, but will look into this as it could be exactly what we need.
