As I'm sure you all have, we have re-scheduled many of our shows over the past few months. Once we are back in the office we will want to re-print and re-send tickets with the new performance details on them to those customers who booked prior to the re-schedule.
We will also be looking to control costs, so we want to send as many tickets out as 'print at home' as possible, including for those customers who selected other shipping methods originally.
Is there a way to change the shipping method in bulk in Tessitura? I'd prefer not to have to do it order by order.
I'm not a SQL expert, so if this needs to be done in SSRS then any help would be amazing.

A little late-breaking news that the print at home feature I mentioned is now scheduled for our October service pack. I have edited my original message to reflect this too.

Following up on this to update the timing with the community. We are still planning on doing this work, but recently moved to delivering it with version 16 rather than in a service pack. This is due to some other changes we are working on with mobile tickets and PAHT, and overall shifting development priorities as we adjust along with the community to deliver the items which are most helpful with re-opening.
