As I'm sure you all have, we have re-scheduled many of our shows over the past few months. Once we are back in the office we will want to re-print and re-send tickets with the new performance details on them to those customers who booked prior to the re-schedule.
We will also be looking to control costs, so we want to send as many tickets out as 'print at home' as possible, including for those customers who selected other shipping methods originally.
Is there a way to change the shipping method in bulk in Tessitura? I'd prefer not to have to do it order by order.
I'm not a SQL expert, so if this needs to be done in SSRS then any help would be amazing.

Hi Don! I'm sure the community will help you out with a custom process to update delivery methods on orders. In the meantime, I thought it would be helpful to know that we are developing a new feature to allow the printing of paid sub line items with Print at Home and HTML Template-based delivery methods. This will be in batch printing (this is probably method you'd use for this situation), the print order interface, and the order SLI tab. This is planned for release in October and we'll keep community updated if the timing changes. Similar to how batch printing works now, this would allow you to batch print orders using delivery methods other than the one originally chosen by the customer.
