Question #1: When I'm working with an extraction, is there a way to ensure that all emails on a record, whether primary or not, are included in the results?
Question #2: We have several different ON ACCOUNT funds that display as a total in the patron's record. Is there somewhere in the record that I can look to show how much is in each on account bucket?

Hi Lesley,
Question #1: Click the little arrow (see attached screen shot) next to the Updated date. this will open a hidden window where you can select the check box Allow multiple contact points per constituent.
Questions #2: In Reports & Utilities under the Finance folder you will find the On Account Tracking report which should give you totals of each On Account you select in the report parameters.
Adding on regarding #2, if you want to see one specific constituent's various on-accounts from within their constituent record, you can see this on the Transactions tab, Payments radio button.
