We have a special MOS that our box office uses for Print at Home orders. Until today, box office users could select this MOS and Print at Home would be available to them immediately without any products or customers loaded into the order. Now, it appears its requiring a customer before Print at Home can be selected. However, we still have some users who have stated that Print at Home is still available to them right away without loading a customer. Anybody experienced this issue recently?
Hi, We had this same issue for PAH for general public. Tessitura found out that its defect in development and they will fix it soon in the service pack.
