Is there a report that pulls the information entered on the Custom Data tab of the Order Details screen in Ticket Orders? I could have sworn this info got saved as a CSI and the CSI report would pull it, but I just processed a phone order with custom data for the first time and the data isn't in a CSI and I can't find a report that would pull it. It isn't the end of the world if I can't pull it as I don't expect many phone orders (these are for puppet kits from our education department and most orders are online).

Order custom fields are configured for use within keywords, but the values assigned to any given order do live on the order itself (T_ORDER). You can report on all 10 order custom fields in Tessitura Analytics.
