I am wondering if anyone serves as a "ticketing agent" to other organizations, venues, sporting teams, etc. in your local area. We are exploring offering our services to a local sporting team and I am curious how others have charged for their ticketing services - per ticket sold, set-up fee per event, etc.

We help sell tickets for the organization that manages our performance hall as they also performance shows in our building. They use a different ticketing software (Paciolan), but we charge them a monthly service fee and then charge additional service fees based on a percentage of tickets sold. If they end up having a lot of potential sellouts booked in our building, we inflate the monthly service fee as we know we'll get more traffic.
