TNEW Ticket Return functionality

Greetings!

Does anyone know if the newly released functionality in TNEW for Ticket Returns can allow for different return options by segment (for example some subscribers who already have all performances will be offered the chance to donate their tickets first, then a voucher and finally a refund. However for subs with smaller packages, we might offer them the choice to select a different production first, then donation, voucher and refund).  Is that possible, or is it one-size fits all?

    I am glad to hear you are getting set up with Return Requests in TNEW. Right now, you can only segment the options by Product Type or Product, not by the constituent. We have heard from the community that it would be helpful to be able to only offer the feature to a constituent based on their constituency which is something we are considering adding in an upcoming release.

    I appreciate this idea though and understand that more granularity for the feature than just on or off based on the constituent would be helpful and we will keep this in mind while we consider the enhancement.

  • Hi Paul - thanks for that update.  I had a feeling that was the answer.  If you are able to add the capability of altering the options based on constituency or even based on a segmented list, that would be fantastic.  It's great functionality but at the moment we're not able to use it as we prefer to customize the options based on the package type and account history (donor vs. non-donor, etc).
