Has anyone experienced an order with donated tickets showing a balance due? It randomly happens with larger orders that have multiple tickets. We donate one or two tickets efrom the order, and the order persists in showing a balance.
Could it be due to a fee? I've had that happen before.
Possibly, but the puzzle is why it only happens with certain orders - almost all of our orders have fees. And we've tried to tinker with the fees to get the balance to go away but that doesn't work either. We can always donate the tickets in a new order, but that isn't ideal since it doesn't show the amount of the donation and we have to go into the original order to see that. Have you figured out another way?
