We have just discovered that someone has not been entering subscription renewal upgrades properly. They just entered the requests in the special request field. There was no "upgrade mode" order line built. We have written our seating reports based on the upgrade mode order lines, so its very important that we find the orders that are affected by this.
Does anyone know how I would go about finding all of the orders for this specific situation? I don't see "solicitor" in list builder as a criteria, so I am not even sure how to find them by the person who entered the orders.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

You could run the Package Order Listing report, save the results to a Excel, and then sort by last_update_by (which is not one of the sortable fields in the regular output). That should make it so you can find all the renewals processed by the user in question.
