Hi everyone!
I set up message only pricing rules for several drive in movies that we are hosting, to up sell concessions. I've used tons of pricing rules in the past. I tested these last week and they were working just fine. Today, I added 4 new pricing rules (copied the existing ones) for new movies we added, and now none of them are populating.
I've checked my dates on the rules, the category, appeal, source, the criteria, the correct price rule set has all of them on it, and the MOS has the price rule set associated with it. I don't have any constituent criteria.
Am I missing something to check? I didn't change anything at all about the ones I set up last week, which is the part that is really throwing me. I'm submitting a support ticket, but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this issue.

Did the original pricing rules you copied had Maxium Seats filled in? Does the event have the price type you selected in your rule?

As for price type, the correct one is active on the event, and is the only option chosen in the criteria setup.
