Our CTO is after Business requirement document and is looking for if anyone has written a business requirements document around the Tessitura product that either helped select Tessitura or was produced after selecting Tessitura.He is trying to get a Governance process and Business Requirements document of our CRM and Ticketing needs.
We would appreciate if any one can provide their BRD document to our reference.
