I would like to know if someone knows if it is possible to give customers 1 ticket for the whole package/subscription. A ticket with a barcode that we can scan at every performance that is part of the package.

We have not done this but I believe it is possible using Composite Ticket Designs. There is a bit of information in the help system under Package Setup which is where you'd select the composite design for a package
