Errors during website checkout

Hi All,

I am hoping that someone has seen this before.  Our website is not processing tickets and patrons are receiving the below error.   We have confirmed with our developer that this is a Tessitura issue and am looking into the various API relating tables and stored procs.  The only changes to Tessitura and relating API that we can think of are minor fee changes.  Nothing else has changed and now we have this error.

Please help if you can read into this:

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Incorrect syntax near 'd'.
at Tessitura.WebAPI.Tessitura.CheckoutExDirect(String sSessionKey, String sCCOwner, String sCCNumber, Int32 iCCType, Int32 iCCMonth, Int32 iCCYear, Decimal dAmount, Boolean bAllowUnderPayment, String sCardAuthenticationCode,
Int32 iCCIssueNumber, Int32 iCCStartMonth, Int32 iCCStartYear) at Tessitura.WebAPI.Tessitura.CheckoutEx(String sSessionKey, String sCCOwner, String sCCNumber, Int32 iCCType, Int32 iCCMonth, Int32 iCCYear, Decimal dAmount, Boolean bAllowUnderPayment, String sCardAuthenticationCode, Int32 iCCIssueNumber, Int32 iCCStartMonth, Int32 iCCStartYear) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Thanks in advance,

Beth Ann

We have seen this error "Incorrect syntax near 'd'" several times on SQL Server 2005 installations that have not applied SQL Server Service Pack 2 (or 3).  If you have not applied SP2 yet, I would suggest you arrange to install SP2 (or SP3).  A workaround that has solved this problem temporarily is to recompile the triggers on the T_ORDER table.  If you have questions about this I would suggest that you submit a help ticket so that Support can assist you.
