We intend to sell a limited release season for this upcoming fall with preset social distancing maps. The idea would be that we would have mainly seating pairs open across the whole venue with a few exceptions for larger groups up to 5. We wouldn't sell single seats because then the other seat would essentially be unsellable. We also intend to sell these events online as unseated orders; because we are unsure of price mapping and want to gauge the price zone layout for each show based on the initial demand before we start seating orders. Our concerns is that we want to enforce a minimum of 2 tickets per request, but can't think of a way to do so since TNEW won't be seating the orders and the "don't leave any singles" rule wont kick in. We're considering creating our own custom cart validation that would do this but were hoping for a simpler and easier solution to implement. Does anyone have any ideas on how you would accomplish this with Tessitura's existing tools?
