Refund on account money through check

We are trying to refund on account money through check. I just don’t see the button where I can override the on account to pay it out. I can't take it off on acct credit by paying it off with a check.

Please advise, how can I fix this issue.

    Hi everyone, 

    As a sidenote to this, we are introducing a utility in 15.1.11/15.0.18 that takes money on account and can refund it to check. So if there is interest in doing this in bulk based on a list of constituents, that's coming. It will also allow you to refund the money to a contribution, gift cert, or credit card if that can be determined.
