Hi
We're new to using CSI's and trying to use them to record which customers wish their tickets refunded , which are donating their tickets and who would like a credit. I've followed the guidelines and set up in systems tables for Category, Action, Origins, Contact Method, Actions and Task/Reminders. All seems well, however, we're not able to select the specific season or perfomance in the CSI. Are we missing a step?

Hi Jen,
In the TR_CUST_ACTIVITY_TYPE system table there is a column "Perf Ind" in which you choose if you want the CSI to have the "performace", "package", or "perf or pkg" (for either). If you have one of these options selected the CSI will not be able to save unless one of the options is chosen.
