Hello. We have a promoter that would like to offer an online promotion where a patron would get four tickets for the price of three. Is there a way to ensure that they can only purchase tickets in batches of four?

We offer a similar thing with our members' tickets, whereby the quantity of tickets is locked-down depending on the constituent's membership level. 1 ticket for single, 2 for joint, and 4 tickets for family members.
This functionality is hardcoded into the web API and not in anyway governed by the Tessitura application. With this in mind it's probably worth having a conversation with your web developers.

and sorry for hijacking your thread Chris. Can I ask a daft question - does this functionality on your website mean that members can only buy 1 ticket or is it 1 ticket at member rate and others at standard prices?

It's 1 ticket at the friends rate per performance (ticket quantities do increase depending on their membership level). At the same time all other price types would be visible to them too (i.e. Standard, child etc), and available for selection.
