This has mainly only been happening with Households.
I'm unable to click "unschedule", and I am unable to "schedule" another merge due to the stuck constituent ID already being scheduled.
Yeah, This has happened to us as well.
This is related to a defect in Tessitura.
There is a fairly easy SQL fix that can be done to correct these issues. I'd open a support ticket. The support team can tell you if you have found the bug, and it so the SQL to fix this.
