Hey All,
I was wondering if anyone has experience with doing a sampler package across multiple organizations? Just looking at the pros and cons and if anyone out there is doing something similar. (Promotion codes, allocations, etc.)
The city is trying to get an idea if most of the resident companies for the Denver Performing Arts Complex can offer a sampler package of their performances to patrons across venues and organizations. One of the organizations is not on Tessitura, but 3 others are.
Any information would be great!

Hi J. Paul -- yes, by linked together I mean we are a consortium. The Tennessee Performing Arts Center is the primary license holder with Tessitura. Our resident companies utilize our venue spaces and all organizations' access to Tessitura are control grouped. Our ResCos only have ticketing access to their own performances. While TPAC can access all ticketing information across the consortium and we are the ones who created the Sampler Package. • Ticketing - TPAC = ALL - Nashville Rep = Nashville Rep - Nashville Opera = Nashville Opera - Nashville Ballet = Nashville Ballet
That's what I thought. We have other Tessitura presenters coming into our facility but no access to their charts to sell their product. Still reverting to the old consignment method.....
