Hey All,
I was wondering if anyone has experience with doing a sampler package across multiple organizations? Just looking at the pros and cons and if anyone out there is doing something similar. (Promotion codes, allocations, etc.)
The city is trying to get an idea if most of the resident companies for the Denver Performing Arts Complex can offer a sampler package of their performances to patrons across venues and organizations. One of the organizations is not on Tessitura, but 3 others are.
Any information would be great!

We tried this for a couple of years at TPAC in Nashville. We are a consortium and have 3 resident companies - the Nashville Rep, Nashville Ballet, and Nashville Opera. All organizations are on Tessitura and are all linked together. The package was a Flex Package that included our Broadway series, and the main stage performances of the ResCos.I wish I could say that this package was successful for us. We discontinued in 2016-2017 after selling less than 5 packages. It was a lot of work for very little return. We tried it for a couple of years and it never gained much traction.

When you say "linked together" what do you mean? Consortium?
