I would really like to hear from other group sales managers/associates on what their teams are focusing on with this new reality and how they are keeping their group leaders engaged. Great idea! I personally am the group reservations "team" all by myself at my organization. So far, I've just been focusing on reservations this summer, and making sure everyone knows what's cancelled in the coming months, etc. Would love to hear what everyone else is doing.
