As an impact of Covid-19 we have had to cancel multiple performances and are looking for the best reports to track our losses.
We gave our patrons the option to refund, exchange to future performance, or donate the ticket cost back.
I ran the Performance Transaction Detail Report which appears to show all the refunds given, but am open to alternate reports.
If there a way to track those who have donated their tickets back to the organization? We have been processing them as DONATE FOR RESALE as they come in.
Any report suggestions would be great OR if there is anything in Analytics we can do to keep track of this evolving impact on our revenue.
