Covid 19 impact reports

As an impact of Covid-19 we have had to cancel multiple performances and are looking for the best reports to track our losses.

We gave our patrons the option to refund, exchange to future performance, or donate the ticket cost back. 

I ran the Performance Transaction Detail Report which appears to show all the refunds given, but am open to alternate reports.

If there a way to track those who have donated their tickets back to the organization? We have been processing them as DONATE FOR RESALE as they come in.

Any report suggestions would be great OR if there is anything in Analytics we can do to keep track of this evolving impact on our revenue.

  • Hi Erica, I work at Ithaca College, so the theatre department doesn't do any fundraising work, however, we are also offering the option donate the cost of the tickets back to the college. I have set up an additional Campaign-->Appeal--> Sources with a Fund and GL account (received from our Finance/Advancement Department on campus. We are then returning tickets and adding a contribution in the same order for the price of the tickets being donated. The New Contributions Report (Development folder) should give you the information you're looking for.
