Like all of you we are looking for creative ways to keep patrons engaged and interested in coming back to us when it is safe to do so. We're looking for a way to incentivize our patrons and wondered about making the value of their tickets worth more if they are to leave it on account.
Is there a way to issue a raft of GCs on the back end rather than manually issuing? We're thinking of adding 10% of the value of their ticket order to use in a future purchase.

This is a fantastic idea. I look forward to hearing other people's ideas. Also - are you going to give people a time limit on when they can use the on account money?
We are looking at turning the on account in to a TV that has an expiry to the end of 2021 season.
