I hope you are all doing well. What crazy times we are in.
I was wondering how your organizations handled subscriptions change requests (upgrade requests). We always required change requests to be in writing but I've been playing around with the idea of being able to do this over the phone.
If you do allow change requests by phone, would love to know how you handle the process.
