This is an urgent request - does anyone has an HTML email confirmation template that shows refunds correctly? And if so would you be willing to share the code?? Right now we can show returned ticket amount but as we are refunding service fees as well for cancelled performances in this case, that amount is not their full refund amount. What I really want is to be able to show the actually transaction amount so we don't get a lot of follow up from customers who think we didn't process their refund correctly!!

Hi All, A quick update here, we are closing in on having the service pack finished up, and we'll be posting more about it very soon - currently we believe early next week. As a reminder, the service pack will include an example of email receipts for refunds that should be helpful.
The service pack will also enhance the recently released Event Cancellation Utility to include credit card refunds in bulk. More to come soon on this!

Hi Manda Kennedy - After discussing, because the Template relies on changes that were released in 15.0, it is best to keep the template code released as part of the service pack, so that documentation about use is released at the same time, and also so that folks on earlier versions of Tessitura don't attempt to use it and experience difficulty.
