This is an urgent request - does anyone has an HTML email confirmation template that shows refunds correctly? And if so would you be willing to share the code?? Right now we can show returned ticket amount but as we are refunding service fees as well for cancelled performances in this case, that amount is not their full refund amount. What I really want is to be able to show the actually transaction amount so we don't get a lot of follow up from customers who think we didn't process their refund correctly!!

A quick update on this - We are working on a new sample HTML template for order confirmations that clearly displays refund details. We anticipate this being a part of our next Service Packs, 15.0.16 and 15.1.9.
