Our Ticketing Manager asks the following question:
Is there a way to have this phrase show on the card reader pin pad, under the amount displayed, when the pin pad is requesting the guest to verify the amount? "All Sales Are Final"
I don't know anything about changing the display on the card reader. Is that something that can be done?

Hi Shelly -
All of the messaging on the display of your card reader comes from the software issued by your payment processor. For Worldpay TriPOS devices, it is possible to change the "idle" message (what shows up when the pinpad is not in use), but I'm not aware of a way with either provider to display something at the end of a transaction. You might ask your payment processor for feedback on that.
Alternatively, you can print it on a receipt generated from Tessitura after the order is saved (which is likely something you already do!).
