With the mass notifications we need to send in light of the circumstances, I'm having difficulty pulling lists with phone numbers. I can get the columns phone_1 and phone_2 but they do not populate with anything. We have phone numbers in the different types (Home, Mobile, Work). Any insight on how to reference these to display in a list?

Hi! You should actually have different output set elements for home, mobile, etc.
Do you have access to your system tables?
You might want to check out the Output Set Cookbook for V14.1 (and more recent versions of Tessitura). There are a number of recipes that will produce other alternative output set items.
