Disable "Hold Until"

Is there a way to disable "Hold Until" in Order details?

  • I don't believe so. From the documentation:

    The Hold Until field is used to record a date after which an unpaid order should be released. It can be used as a filter for batch ticket printing, seat cancellation, and order searches. A hold until date is automatically selected based on the mode of sale selected; a mode of sale can be set to calculate the hold until date as a certain number of days prior to the earliest performance date in the order or to default to a fixed date. The hold until date will be populated once a performance is added to the order; the date can be manually adjusted to any other desired date.

    Note: No automatic functions take place after a hold until date is passed. The hold until date is used as a criteria in certain manually run processes, searches, and for informational purposes.

  • I am having the same thing with paid orders. The order is completely paid, but the hold until is still in the future...
