We are trying to refund the money for GS performance and we are getting error message " Code 20, message declined" when we click on apply payment.
How can we fix this issue?

I see that Support is working with you on this issue, but wanted to note here for anyone else that for Worldpay merchants, a Code 20 decline means the following: "Card issuer has declined the transaction. Return the card and instruct the cardholder to call the card issuer for more information on the status of the account. If received on a recurring transaction, contact the cardholder for updated card information."
