start date/end date on fees?

Hi there,

Here's what I want to do: I want one fee to be charged if it's more than 5 days away from the performance date returned in an exchange order, but a different fee to appear if it's less than 5 days away from the perf date returned.  The fee rules would be exactly the same - same eligible MOS, price types, delivery, transaction type, and perf dates. I just wish there was a start date/end date parameter on fees (and in regards to a return, not a sale).

Any workarounds?  I'd like to avoid manual fees...too much room for error!
