Does anyone using TNEW know of a way to report on CSIs without having to go into season manager and look at the seat map to determine accessibility needs. We know there are reports that can be run but they aren't really functional because CSIs were created on all orders because of a form that we added to the purchase page of our website to determine patrons accessibility needs - arriving in a wheelchair and transferring, arriving and staying in a wheelchair, and other (hearing and vision issues). Is their a some type of customization or workaround that anyone is aware of? Thomas Williams Aileen Chaltain
I'm wondering if you could create a custom list that would find folks with the subset of CSI you needed in unit time. Then use the CSI report.
