About 3 months into our conversion from Ticketmaster and we are still finding massive upload issues (Don't do a hard switch!) This means that a number of tickets have to be resold, repriced, or corrected on accounts manually. The only way we have found to correct price types, payment methods, etc is to drop the tickets and resell correctly. With the reselling, we haven't been reprinting all the tickets to not waste ticket stock (literally thousands), but we have yet to find a way to advance the print counts and it is causing issues for part-timers as unprinted tickets can't be exchanged. We use to be able to batch advance ticket print counts in Ticketmaster.
Can you batch advance print counts in Tessitura? Also, does anyone even know where you can see the print counts?
(Also, we do not have all the advanced reporting that I have seen mentioned in other entries on the forum. So, we are also piecing together solutions.)
Would it help to print to a "null" printer? They are easy to set up. (We just went live on Tess last July so I may not know what I'm talking about.)

If you need to install a null BOCA its super easy and the instructions are in the tess help docs. I can also forward to you if you need. You can batch print to that
