Booking acknowledgement emails

Hello,

We've just started sending Booking acknowledgement emails for bookings taken through our call centre, using the Acknowledgement option in Print Tickets.

Does anyone have a nifty way of being able to track where these have/have not been sent against orders? In the early days we know we're going to have to do some checking back and enourage staff to keep adding this extra step to the process.

Cheers

Amalia

  • Order emails appear in the customer’s contact log.  The actual information is held in a table called T_LOG_ORDER_EMAIL.  This table contains the order number, recipient email, and format id (from T_FORMAT_INFO) for each confirmation sent.  It also records any errors that may have occurred.  It should be fairly simple to write a report to check daily orders against this table to see which ones have not had an email confirmation generated.
