I'm researching online customer service training programs for my ticketing services department. I've previously gone through Telephone Doctor/Service Skills and liked that one, but does anyone have experience taking or implementing any other courses? I'd be looking for training that focuses on both phone and in person skills, bonus if it also discusses email etiquette. Thank you!
We brought in Chris Bryant of the Bryant Group to do our customer service training. I'm not sure if he has an online component, but his stuff was fantastic.
