Is it possible to change a source code on and already confirmed order? I swear I have done it before but I can't remember how/if you actually can.

You can do that from within the account as long as no one is in the order. Navigate to the orders tab and change it there. But if you’re on a version with line item sources, you’ll need to change the LI source from the order itself, then the order source from the account.
