We have some credit cards that are coming up with an error message of "9999/51: Response Unknown". We have had the cazrdholders check with their banks and confirm that there is nothing wrong with their cards. We have also checked with our merhcant services and they say there is nothing wrong on their end. Is this an error message anyone is familiar with? Just to have an idea of what it means might be a good starting point for us. Thanks!
