Seat Map Scrolling

Our BXO Manager wants to create a new facility screen with 44 rows.  I'm aware that Tessitura recommends splitting facilities up into screens of 22 rows, but our BXO manager wants to try using 1 screen.  I've created the facility/screen, but most of the seats are cutoff from view and there is no scroll bar.  The only way to access the seats is to change the font to 8pts under tools -> preferences.  Should there be a scroll bar available for screens with more than 22 rows?  Or is changing the font size the only way of accessing the seats?

  • Hi Esmeralda,

There should be a scroll bar.  I suggest you open a help ticket for further assistance.

  • FYI, I've never been able to get a scroll bar to show up either.  But we ended up just breaking up the map into different screens anyway instead of troubleshooting it since we so rarely run into a configuration that wouldn't fit in 22 rows.

  • I opened a help ticket with the network.  Apparently, its a bug they've been able to replicate with Tessitura v 9.0.0.2.  I'll post any updates.

    Thanks

  • We've seen this before, and were able to get a scroll bar to show up by changing the DPI Setting to Large size (120 DPI) on machines running tess (display properties, settings, advances settings).
