This is probably something very simple that I am overlooking, but all the seats in my small GA Education venue are red. What have we done wrong?
right click on the red seats, can you see the order info?
if you can see, it means this seat is sold.
Sorry, I should have been more accurate... the seats are white with a red dot... and all the other tabs (holds, allocations, etc.) have their character or letter code as red also.
Have you checked the allocations tab to make sure that you have added all of the modes of sales needed to your new hall? White with a red dot sounds like the seat is unavailable for some reason and for me that most frequently means I didn't set the allocations for unassigned correctly.
Also is the on sale box checked or unchecked?
