Hi all,
I've had to remove some (newly added) seats to a facility. It looks fine when viewed through Facility Manager
But looks really wonky when on an actual event.
I've run the facility update utility, but no changes. Thoughts??

I recommend checking out our training series on Facility Management and Troubleshooting - part 3 walks through the steps required when removing seats from a facility already in use. Additonally, there is an article in Common Support Solutions on this as well.
