We are looking at a new way of booking our New Orleans Antiques Forum, which includes two optional events (a bus tour and a brunch) that you can only register for if you are registered for the forum. I'd like to utilize packages for this to streamline the process. However, because we make name tags for this event, we have utilized a custom form in the past on the forum performance to have people fill in the names of those attending. In addition, we use a custom form to get a cell phone number for those attending the bus tour (in case anyone isn't there to meet the bus). I've added the keywords for the custom forms to both the perfs and the package, but neither of the forms is showing up in the package on TNEW. Do custom forms just not work with packages? Is there anyway to force people to submit this info with their order? Having to follow up with each attendee isn't ideal or efficient.
