So somewhere in my TNEW/Tessitura there must be a set up that at a certain number of days prior to an event, we can no longer mail tickets. However I think that somehow is affecting my PAH as well because I'm getting a ton of "hold at box office" (will call) because it appears to be the only option. I WANT people to be able to select PAH but I can't seem to find those "days prior to event" settings. Please advise.

Is the number days prior Hold At Box Office days in your web MOS what you are looking for? Have a look at Mode of Sale in Ticketing Setup
