Does anyone know if you can add custom form data for packages? I have been able to make it work on the individual performance level, but when I follow the same procedure for packages, it does not work.
We are trying to collect extra information for folks registering for a camp.

I am assuming you are referring to TNEW on this and not some custom website situation. Unless that is a new feature of which I am unaware (and we are on 7), you are unable to use the standard functionality for custom form data on the package level.
We had the same requirement, collecting data for a package, so I basically just recreated the wheel using the same form fields on a precart page using the same data table so it was essentially identical for our box office. But I had to write that customization myself, and it is not exactly a simple one.
