Gift Certificartes Balance

Hello, does anyone has a website page where a customer can check a Gift Certificate balance? I can't find anything in TNEW documentation, assuming it doesn't exist in TNEW.

    We have one. It was a customization we had Tessitura create.

    We also did a customization that does print at home gift certificates. Roughly, 3/4 of the online gift certificate purchases are done via PAH. The amount of staff time spent on them has dropped by 75%. We just check the CSI and confirm the gift certificate was emailed (we get copied on the order acknowledgment and PAH gift certificate). Easy. The most common issue is that the gift certificate email goes to their spam (2 emails form same place within a few minutes).

    We also Had Tessitura create a utility that will email gift certificate(s). We just need to make sure the order has Print at Home as the Delivery method, then enter the order number and email into the utility.
