I need a report that shows seating locations for constituents for a run of a show (20 performances of the same show) since our conversion date to Tessitura (12/14/20). We are coming out ofArchtics (Ticketmaster) and had a robust report called Seats Sold that could allow us to pull this easily. Anyone know where we should start? We have struggled to even find good lists to pulling comprehensive seating information, Performance Seating Book will give us the locations and names, but it doesn't give us sale dates.
We basically have a show with many errors and want to wipe and re-upload it, but we need to secure a list of all the changes that have been made in Tessitura since the conversion to make sure that we can retain the current sales status of the event.
We are just starting to look through the Output Manager, but seating location is not one of my options.
Ideas???
You can look at the Order Export Utility which will have both seating and sales info
