We are trying to use NSCAN with a fixed barcode scanner to track Members who are entering our Members Lounge.
I has been experimenting with a Zebra Ds457 scanner, connecting it to an Android table via a micro USB dongle.
The Zebra scan codes work with scanning bardcodes and initiating an automatic carriage return, this works into a notepad app, for instance.
When I try it with NSCAN, alas, it captures the scan but the carriage return doest work within the NSCAN app, I have tried the setting the 'scanner device' within NSCAN's 'admin settings' to no avail.
Has anyone of there is Tessituraland has success using NSCAN in this way of with another 'fixed' scanning device running Android?
