Consolidating Comp Lists

Hey all!

I am at Ballet Arizona and we process thousands of comps (both online and via lists sent to us). It really bogs down my staff on entering these lists, and organizing those lists. We get them from a variety of different places. I want to know how everyone deals with all of the lists in an effective and time-saving way.

    It depends on what info you need to import. Usually its just a collecting customer name and an organisation that had a constituency.  For big jobs toy can do that in bulk using the order import utility. The big win there is that you can map a collecting customer field (order custom field) to split bookings where you only have an organisation contact (ie corporate partners), and/or you can bundle orders with drink vouchers, parking etc if they are built as GA venues.
